A strong woman’s intuition always comes through…
A woman will make a man look so much better in her own mind because she wants to see the good in him, especially if she sees herself as perceptive and emotionally intelligent. She won’t want to believe that she got tricked, played, manipulated, or that he had the audacity to take her for granted.
Doesn’t it always seem like it’s the strong women who end up doing this? Because ironically, it’s the women who are most intelligent and self-aware that this pattern is most frequent with.
Do not get an ego thinking you were powerful enough to hurt her because the SECOND your mask falls—she finds out the truth and who you really are, there is no more cognitive dissonance. It all becomes very clear. You won’t hurt a strong woman. You just make her feel silly for seeing potential where there was none.
Now that you trust your gut and your intuition, and you know reality from any BS stories an insecure man will try to feed you, he will then try to destabilize you, deflect, and flip the script. If he is exceptionally shameful, avoidant, and weak—his defensiveness may even take extreme measures (like involving law enforcement).
An insecure man hates an emotionally intelligent woman because she has the ability to lift the facade on his BS, gaslighting, lying, and emotional manipulation. If you can see manipulation coming from a mile away, you don’t need anyone’s validation, and you stay calm during conflict—you are literally an insecure person’s worst nightmare!
Ladies, you can forever walk away with grace knowing you were a good person with pure intentions and he took advantage of your kindness, empathy, and quite frankly, your innocence.
We can only hope that a strong woman’s intelligence will force a selfish, toxic, and abusive man to look himself in the mirror, confront himself for who he actually is, and receive the help he desperately needs.
