High Protein Egg Bites 🍳🥓

Hi Babes!

I’m back in the gym and on my grind which meals meal prepping for me. I love these easy egg bites for a quick breakfast on the go. I thought I would share the recipe! You can make these ahead of time, and they are packed with protein! You can easily add or swap out the ingredients. I switch out the bacon for mushrooms on occasion. They are so easy and yummy! 👩🏼‍🍳

Ingredients:

  • 5 Eggs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Spoonfuls of Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese

Instructions:

  • Blend
  • Pour into muffin tin
  • Top with bacon pieces (or any other topping)
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 300°
  • Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and/or drizzle your favorite hot sauce
