I’m back in the gym and on my grind which meals meal prepping for me. I love these easy egg bites for a quick breakfast on the go. I thought I would share the recipe! You can make these ahead of time, and they are packed with protein! You can easily add or swap out the ingredients. I switch out the bacon for mushrooms on occasion. They are so easy and yummy! 👩🏼🍳
Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Spoonfuls of Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese
Instructions:
- Blend
- Pour into muffin tin
- Top with bacon pieces (or any other topping)
- Bake for 30 minutes at 300°
- Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and/or drizzle your favorite hot sauce
